2012 Art and Balloon Festival
Out and about at the Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival

The Chicago member of the Three Smokey
Lincs and a Chicago Dog competitive
barbecue team brought his favorite Green
Egg grill. The grill is thick ceramic, said
to heat to 1,000 degrees. On Saturday, the
Chicago Dog made great pizza in the Green
Egg for lunch for his three Lincoln family
co-competitors.
Festival activities called for lots
of help to be on hand and ready
if needed. Lincoln Rural Fire
Protection District volunteers and
family grab a bite at the balloon
festival.
