S'more Bars
SUBMITTED by Deb Rohrer

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (13-14 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
3 king size milk chocolate bars

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil and spray well with vegetable spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, brown sugar and white sugar. Add softened butter, eggs and vanilla; stir to make crumbs. Pat 1/2 of crumb mixture into the bottom of the lined pan. Place unwrapped chocolate bars over the crumbs, can break them up slightly to fit the pan. Carefully spread the marshmallow fluff over the chocolate, not going all the way to the sides. (Hint: while preparing the crumbs I place the unopened jar in a bowl of very hot water to soften slightly) Crumble the other 1/2 of the crumbs on top. Bake about 30 minutes or until the top is light brown. Cool. Remove bars from pan by pulling up with the foil and place them on a cutting board. Cut into bars. Enjoy.
