Deb’s Famous Pork BBQ 2
by Debra Rohrer, LDN Food Editor

1 (about 10 pounds) whole boneless pork loin
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 cups apple juice
Sauce:
2 cups apple juice
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
bottle honey BBQ sauce, use amount desired

Place pork loin in a roasting bag then in roaster pan; sprinkle with seasoning salt, garlic salt, pepper and chipotle powder. Mix 2 cups apple juice with liquid smoke. Pour over meat. Cook all day or overnight. (I do it on low heat) Remove pork loin from juice and place on cutting board. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Remove and discard fat from meat and shred into pieces using 2 forks or cut larger pieces. Prepare sauce with 2nd amount of apple juice, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce. Pour sauce over meat, heat thoroughly and serve on buns.
NOTE: I like to make the day ahead and heat in slow cooker before serving.
