Easy Tortilla Pizzas
SUBMITTED by Debra Rohrer, LDN Food Editor
“Easy to make individual pizzas.”

No specific amounts, make as many as you need:
6-inch flour tortillas
Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
chunky salsa
ham, turkey or chicken, cut in small chunks

Place several flour tortillas on cookie sheet for how ever many individual pizzas you want. Sprinkle each with some cheese. Cover each bottom tortilla with 2nd tortillas to make double layer pizzas. Spoon salsa on top of each tortilla (stay away from edges). Sprinkle with meat then cheese. Bake in oven, temperature depends on how fast you want them to bake, doesn't matter as long as you watch them carefully. Bake until completely heated and slightly brown.

Notes: Can be done in the microwave one at a time if you wish. These are great as a main dish for supper, snack or appetizer for company. Pizzas are easy for the kids to make as well.
