Great and Simple Meat Marinade

“I was tired of the same old bottled marinades and wanted something simple. So with things I already had in the house I made it with chicken and it was a hit. Then I tried it with butterfly pork chops and WOW, how delicious!!!!”

½ cup soy sauce
½ cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Pour all ingredients into a large zip lock baggie. Rub it around so it’s all mixed up. Add the meat of your choice and roll around a couple times. Seal bag, but in refrigerator for 3-24 hours. Cook as desired. I cooked them on the grill !!
Note: you may increase quantities depending on amount of servings.
