“Red” Berry Smoothies

“Perfect drink on a hot summer day!”

1-1/2 cups (12 oz.) raspberry yogurt
1/4 cup cran-raspberry juice
1-1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries

Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tablespoons sugar

In a blender, place all ingredients in the order listed; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Add a little more juice if you feel it is too thick.

Note: I used Splenda no-calorie sweetener in this recipe. You can use regular sugar too.
