Best Banana Bread EVER

“Enjoy this moist, yummy banana bread.”

Mix & keep separate:
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon

Batter:
3/4 cup butter
3 cups white sugar
3 eggs
5-7 very ripe bananas-mashed well
1 (16oz.) container sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking soda
4 1/2 cups flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease 4 (7 x 3) loaf pans. Mix 1 1/2 cup white sugar with 4 tsp. cinnamon. Dust this over the 4 greased loaf pans until mostly covered. Save remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture. In a small bowl, beat bananas for about 60 seconds or a little more. In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. While still mixing, add salt baking soda and gradually add flour. Pour into loaf pans. Taking remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture and sprinkle generously over the top of dough. (you can mix more cinnamon/sugar if you need to) Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife comes out clean
