Deb’s Famous Pork BBQ
SUBMITTED by Debra Rohrer, LDN Food Editor
“We’re serving this BBQ at the Lincoln Baseball Tourney this weekend.”

3-4 pounds whole boneless pork loin
Seasoning Salt
1 (5 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 cup water
1 (5 oz.) can pineapple juice
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 cup BBQ sauce

Place pork loin in a crock pot; sprinkle with seasoning salt, cover with pineapple juice and water. Cook all day or overnight. Remove pork loin from juice and refrigerate until completely cool (could take several hours and you might want to do it a day ahead) Remove fat from meat and thinly slice cool meat. Prepare sauce with 2nd can of pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce. Pour sauce over meat, heat thoroughly and serve on buns.
