Soups and Chili

Chicken Chili with Beans

“A recipe shared with me by my sister-in-law Robin”

1 can chili beans
1 can black beans
1 can navy beans
1 can corn
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 package chili seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 green pepper, cubed
1 medium red onion, cubed
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut up

Open all cans and pour into a large saucepan. DO NOT drain any of them, use it all! Add seasonings and heat through. Add cubed green pepper, onion and cubed chicken. Heat until vegetables are done to your liking. You may serve with shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips.
Note: Leave off the cheese and chips, this makes a healthy meal! It’s very good.
