Taco Pizza

2 packages crescent rolls

1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning mix (divided)

1 cup sour cream

1 can refried beans

Desired toppings for tacos (onion, lettuce, tomato, black olives, shredded cheese, etc.)

 

Lightly spray cookie sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spread crescent roll dough out on pan by unrolling triangles and arranging on pan. Press seams together. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or till browned. Let cool. Brown ground beef.  Using 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix with prepared beef as directed on package.  Let cool. Mix remaining taco seasoning mix with sour cream and set aside. Spread beans over cooled crust, then spread with sour cream mixture and top with meat.  Sprinkle desired toppings over meat. Cut into squares and serve with salsa.

Note: I use the fat free refried beans and either low fat or fat free sour cream
