Pineapple
Casserole

“A great side dish that’s good with
ham or other meats.”
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple,
drained
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Mix first 4
ingredients together; place in greased casserole dish. Bake in 350
degree pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Removed casserole from
oven; set aside. Melt stick of butter and add crushed crackers;
place on top of casserole. Return casserole to oven to bake an
additional 15 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned and is
bubbly.
