Banana Split Pancakes

“This is a special treat at our house.”

2 cups dry biscuit mix
1¼ cups milk
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 egg
2 medium bananas, sliced
2 cups sliced strawberries
Whipped topping
Chopped peanuts
Maraschino cherries
Additional chocolate syrup

In mixing bowl, stir together biscuit mix, milk, chocolate syrup and egg: blend until smooth. Pour batter on greased hot griddle; cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides.

To serve stack pancakes on each individual plate and top with bananas, strawberries, whipped topping, peanuts, cherries and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
