Portobello Mushrooms
2 Portobello Mushrooms
1/4 C Canola Oil
2 T chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 T Balsamic vinegar
Clean mushrooms, removing
stems. Lay on a plate gill side up.
Mix all other ingredients
and pour evenly over caps. Let stand 1 hour
Cook on hot grill 10
minutes
Serves 2
