Soups and Chili

Chili

2 pounds ground chuck
1 medium onion
2 cans of chili beans--don't drain
2 cans of tomato juice
salt, pepper, chili powder--to taste
2 cans of diced tomatoes
water (two cans--the chili beans)

Brown the ground chuck and onions over medium heat. Add the chili beans, tomato juice, seasonings, and water. Simmer for at least an hour.
