Turkey Chili

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup combination of red, green and yellow bell peppers, chopped
1-2 tablespoons chili powder or taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
low-fat shredded Mexican-blend cheese
low-fat sour cream
corn chips, crushed

In a large skillet, brown ground turkey, onion and peppers. Drain well. In large pan, combine meat mixture, seasoning, tomato sauce, tomatoes and black beans; mix well. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and cook on low for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top each bowl of chili with shredded cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
