aturday morning Geoff Ladd of the Abraham Lincoln Tourism Bureau of
Logan County, Darlene Begolka of the Logan Railsplitting Association,
Mayor Keith Snyder and Paresh Patel, owner of the Best Western, joined
Gene Hickey and members of the Logan County Mounted Police in dedicating new
benches at the site of the covered wagon recognized by Guinness as the world’s
largest.
The benches were made by Hickey and donated to the tourist site in the name of the

The covered wagon is recognized as
a Route 66 Roadside Attraction.
